Between Sessions — Privacy Policy

The short version

Between Sessions stores everything you write on your device. We never see it, collect it, or send it anywhere. There are no servers, no accounts, and no tracking.

What we collect

Between Sessions stores the following on your device only:

• Check-in data — your emotions, body sensations, energy levels, context, and notes
• Session prep — your goals, mood comparisons, and chips you've selected
• Preferences — your name, therapist name, rhythm choice, and onboarding selections

None of this data ever leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.

What we do not collect

• No analytics or usage tracking
• No crash reporting that includes your content
• No advertising identifiers
• No location data
• No data linked to your identity

Subscriptions

Between Sessions offers an optional premium subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Between Sessions does not see or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs payment processing. Subscription status is stored locally on your device to determine which features you can access. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.

Notifications

If you choose to enable reminders, Between Sessions schedules a local notification on your device. No notification data is sent to any server. You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings.
